 Making New Year's resolutions as a couple is a sure way to help your relationship rock in 2012.
 New Year Resolution:

 I suggests making the resolution to have members of the extended family over for dinner once a month -- or even once a week -- in order to strengthen not only your own relationship, but also the relationship of your family.
 
Sweat together:
  If you're part of a tubby tandem and serious about ditching extra pounds, enlist your partner as a workout buddy. If you're not overweight, exercising with your partner is still a great way to improve your overall health. And everyone knows that the rosy cheeks and heavy breathing exercise brings reminds us of other things that involve rosy cheeks and heavy breathing.

 Learn a new skill :

Resolve to support and encourage each other in getting fit by laying out a fitness schedule that works for both of you, making healthy grocery lists together and doing activities such as walking, running or hitting the gym together whenever you can.

 Set a date night:

Make better financial decisions :

Keeping New Year's resolutions is something everyone vows to do each year and too often we let them fall by the wayside far too soon. Have fun with your partner this year and come up with resolutions that you can really get excited about. Then take on the challenge, encourage each other, laugh together and watch your bond grow as a result.
